I've had around 12 real estate transactions in my life, and dealt with all kinds of agents, companies, brokers ,etc...Regina Rodriguez is hands down the best person I've interacted with.

She's punctual, knowledgeable, insures she represents her clients at the highest level.

She has knowledge of the local market, and her attention to detail is amazing.

She insures that schedules are adhered to, and had a very good inspection company work with us, and protected us from potential problems.

Regina Rodriguez with Century 21 Realty was awesome in selling our home! She was so helpful in giving us recommendations to help our property sell, knowledgeable of The Villages real estate market, always available for my many, many questions, and treated us as if we were her only customer. I cannot stress enough how thanful we are that we called Regina Rodriguez. We had our house listed with another realtor at another company for six months, barely had any showings, realtor kept suggesting we lower the price, etc. Luckily we decided to contact another agent, that is when I found Regina. She listed our house and four days later we had an offer (over asking price). I had to move out of state due to health issues and the need to be close to family. Therefore, I had to leave the care and oversight of my property to Regina. She regularly checked the house to make certain the A/C, lights, and shades were left in the same condition after an open house/other realtor visits as they were originally. She fought for and negotiated terms to help settle issues that popped up during and after the home inspection in order to successfully finalize closing.
